For his first birthday party, we had a baby blue and brown polka-dot theme.
We had yummy cupcakes, ice cream, birthday cake, and lots of candy. (We still have lots of candy left if anyone is interested.)
When it was time for cake, we found that Christian was not very interested in the cake and just wanted his bottle.
We are so thankful for all of Christian's family and friends that were able to come to his birthday party. Christian was so excited for all of his fun gifts.
Here is Ava (Krista's party planning helper) and Jordan (Krista's cousin Whitney's little boy). Jordan and Christian are just a week apart in age and are naturally the best of friends.
The kids were super excited to crawl inside of Christian's new sandbox. Christian was determined to crawl up the umbrella pole.
He was also excited to play with his new blocks with the older boys, cousins Seth and Luke.
We love you Christian and are so happy to have you in our family!

Oh, and nice work making an adorable little boy and keeping him alive for over a year running, too! :)
